Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Cancellation requests made by telephone may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in the original packaging
- Items must be suitable for resale
- Proof of purchase may be required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items. Nest Shop UK is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Special-order items
- Products modified specifically for the customer
- Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
